Here is a fantastic yoga flow to help you clear your blocked prana daily.

This flow is perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike and can be practiced in the comfort of your own home.

Start with gentle warm-up poses to get your body loosened up, then move into more challenging poses that will help you release tension and open up your energy channels or nadis.

Some great poses to include in your daily yoga flow are cat-cow, downward-facing dog, triangle pose, and warrior II.

Begin with cat-cow, as this gives you access to awakening your spine in all six directions: forward and backward, side to side, and twisting left and right.

Transition from table top pose to downward facing dog by tucking your toes under, spreading your fingers wide, lifting your knees off the mat, and sending your tailbone upward. Stay here for five deep breaths while alternately bending one knee then the other.

Press both heels firmly into the mat and step your right foot between your palms at the top of the mat. Straighten your front knee, activating the quadriceps and open up your left side body toward the ceiling, raising your left arm upwards.

Stack your left wrist over your right wrist to come into triangle pose. Observe five deep breaths and repeat on the other side.

Inhale, bending the forward knee so that it is stacked directly over the ankle. Extend both arms in opposite directions, parallel to the ground. Gaze over the fingertips of the forward arm, and square the hips to the long edge of the mat. Come into warrior II. Repeat on the other side.

Remember to focus on breathing in and out of the nostrils. Move mindfully through each pose, allowing yourself to let go of any stress or tension that may be blocking your prana.

With consistent practice, you'll feel more balanced and energized throughout the day.
